职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
- Start and head Gibraltar’s China Sourcing Office for finished building products
- Develop and Lead China sourcing team with multi functions such as sourcing, purchasing quality, compliance, product development, and logistics
- Build, manage and optimize entire supply chain: from suppliers to customers, to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery;
- Product Development: Lead Product Development process to ensure that products meet internal customers' quality and other requirements;
- Supplier management: Identify suppliers and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers for product development and production;
- Develop best sourcing practices and process for exceptional results.
- Drive regional initiatives in line with the Global Sourcing Strategy
- Look for new building products sourcing opportunities and for continuous cost reductions
- Conduct regular supplier assessments and other supplier improvement activities.
- Develop and guide suppliers to improve their capability to deliver additional value-add services such as replenishment capabilities, co-product development and market intelligence
- Conduct technical reviews on new product sourcing opportunities with potential suppliers to confirm equivalent material and proper process
- Conduct all commercial activities including contract development, price negotiation and claim settlements.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanic engineering or similar degree, MBA preferred.
2. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead the team.
3. Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
4. Minimum 10 years experience in sourcing and/or supply chain managment, at least 3 years in Global sourcing management positions, Fortune 500 company working experience preferred.
5. Extensive experience in sourcing building product categories such as air vent, mail box.
6. Customer oriented, self-motivated, hard working, team player and problem solver, be able to work under pressure
