职位描述：
任职资格:
1, 懂施工， 具有多年年施工管理经验，电气自动化工程、光伏发电工程等工程的项目管理经验（包括：建立关系、项目招投标、工程审图、图纸优化、工程监督、工程预决算等等细节都有丰富的经验）；
2, 懂电气原理图、电子电路图、施工图、会相关的cad制图和办公软件；有工程师证、电工证、驾驶证、土建师等证优先；
3、专业素质好，对建筑、电气、电子等工程项目运作有较深的了解，熟悉设计及施工规程，能统筹协调建筑、结构、设备、电气、给排水、景观、照明等专业设计、申报、实施、项目验收等工作；
4、熟悉国家相关建筑与规划设计的法律、法规、规范，能够对各设计阶段出现的较为复杂的问题进行预判、协调和解决，具备成本估算与控制意识；
5、具有良好的现场沟通及协调管理能力，能果断并且妥善处理突发事件，组织协调、沟通谈判、分析判断、计划与执行和团队管理能力。有着与各级领导沟通、迅速建立关系的技巧，与项目各方进行协调工作，确保项目有序的开展。

具有清晰、系统的管理思路与执行把控能力，敬业、正直；
有责任心和纪律性；
服从公司制度，能承担工作压力；
工作中能发挥主动性，积极性；
相关领域管理工作经验，有外企或大型国企或与国家电网相关领域工作经历者优先考虑；
能用英语与国外技术沟通优先考虑。
