Production Merchandiser for H&M

In order to meet the needs of company expansion, we are seeking for a high qualified individual for the following position:


Main responsibilities:

The job of an H&M Production Merchandiser comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
· Take full responsibility from the time an order is received from the quotation team to the order having been shipped to secure the on time delivery
· Follow up the order by using the Order Follow-up System and use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status
· Work actively with internal Quality team (QA, Technician, QC) and suppliers to conduct the risk assessment of fabric and samples
· Create a good dialogue with Buyers and Assistants in the Buying Office/Global Purchasing
· Understand supplier capability in terms of price, quality, capacity and lead time


Requirements:

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a business minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your personal qualities also include:

· Solid working experience to handle garments orders independently
· Garment-related degree or diploma is preferred
· Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
· Strong communication and organizational skills, Excellent written and spoken English
