The Role
?Responsible for developing retirement business, including commission based services, and client tailored retirement solutions
?Conduct marketing, review and placement for pension plans
       ？Market review of plan design, future trends, etc.
       ？Compare quotes, terms and conditions, services and product returns, etc.
       ？Prepare summary of service rendered and cost information
?Provide suggestions of vendor management and plan performance enhancement
?Conduct vendor management activities, including but not limited to:
       ？Negotiate terms and conditions with major partners
       ？Accumulate vendor insight and market intelligence
       ？Clarify vendor strategy and categorization
       ？Develop vendor performance review plan
?Support new initiatives in pension product development, client survey and new capabilities
?Contribute perfection of broking manual, reports, presentations & proposals templates
  
The Requirements
?Bachelor degree or above
?Expertise in different retirement plans and pension vehicles in the market including but not limited to savings plan, Enterprises Annuity Plan, etc.
?Strong analytical skills and attention to details
?Willing and able to work under tight schedule and high pressure
?Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
?Self-motivated and a team player
?5 years plus of relevant work experience is preferred
?Broker licence and experience required
?Proficient English is preferred
