Main Responsibilities & Indicator主要职责及指标

- TF overall material planning and purchasing management, through right purchasing and stock principle set up and implementation/ supplier base management, to secure the on time and qualified delivery, and healthy material stock in the whole supply chain.
通过建立合理的采购和库存制度以及和实施/供应商管理，实现公司整体材料规划和采购管理，确保准时合格交货，以及整个供应链中健康的材料库存;

- Overall capacity balance planning according to sales forecast and BU production capacity in different BUs, to fully use our capacity and facilities in short term and long term, and make delivery on time and more flexible.
根据销售预测和各BU生产能力进行总体能力平衡规划，充分利用我们的短期和长期产能和设施，使交货更及时，更灵活;

- Production planning involvement and act as one of key roles for control and innovation in this part, to improve the production efficiency through right production combination, and FG stock adjustment.
生产计划的参与，作为生产计划控制和创新的关键角色之一，通过正确的生产组合和产品库存调整，提高生产效率;

- Internal & external logistic cost reduction, includes: purchasing cost, Material and FG external transportation cost, stock cost, and internal goods moving labour cost.
内部和外部物流成本控制，包括：采购成本，材料和成品外部运输成本，库存成本和内部货物移动人工成本;

- Material requirements planning, purchasing plan, and verify, supervise and adjust the whole plan implementation process.
负责物料需求计划、采购计划的制度，并对整个计划实施过程进行核查、监督、调整;

- Cooperate with the IT department of the company to promote the continuous improvement and full implementation of ERP system.
配合公司IT部门，推动公司ERP系统的不断完善和全面实施。

Experience/Education Required 任职资格

- Bachelor degree or above in logistics and supply chain management, economic management or related major.
物流及供应链管理、经济管理或相关专业;

- More than 5 years relevant industry supply chain management experience, familiar with all aspects of the supply chain management processes, to the production, procurement, logistics and other resources for effective planning, integration and optimization.
5年以上相关行业供应链管理经验，熟悉供应链管理各环节的相关流程，能够对生产、采购、物流等方面资源进行有效规划、整合及优化；

- Rich experience in FMCG production planning, familiar with the production process, and related raw materials and materials knowledge.
有丰富的快速消费品行业生产计划经验，熟知生产流程，以及相关的原材料及物料知识;

- Good organizational and communication skills.
