职位描述：
Position Summary
? Perform application development testing and product line support in the area of energy applications such as lithium ion batteries, lead acid batteries and super capacitors.
? Person with hand on experience, self-motivated, eager to learn and be part of a fast moving and collaborative team.
? Perform regular and special testing in accordance with SH&E regulations and guidelines, train new and inexperienced lab technicians, as well as evaluate new tests, equipment, procedures and methods.
? Accurately read and record results, report and fill the result into documents in accordance with requirements and report any unusual findings in a timely manner.
? Perform appropriate calibration and maintenance on laboratory equipment.

Key Areas of Responsibility
? Perform application development and production line support tests based on Li-ion and lead acid battery following the lab associate instruction;
? Ensure all behaviors and operation of CADL in compliance with China and Cabot’s SHE guidelines / regulations;
? Support in the sampling process to customers based on the requirements;
? Knowledge and technique of Equipment calibration / maintenance;
? Ability of data collection /record/ report in a true and reliable way;
? Knowledge of Hazardous Materials Handling / Shipping / Storage;
? Knowledge of documents /system; Material Safety Data Sheets;
? Mindset of Teamwork and always willing to be a back up for tasks assignment internally.

Required Skills
? PC Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel Advanced, Power Point and Outlook), Report Generation/development, Statistical Process Control, knowledge of testing procedures: ability to design and implement.
? Data analysis and interpretation: ability to gather, analyze and draw well-reasoned conclusions budgeting.
? Good communication skills.
? Good personality and team work spirits
? Good English language skills in oral and writing
? Be willing to keep on learning and asking.
? Customer service orientation. Maintains positive relationship with internal / external customer base; ensures timely closing of pending items.

Education/Experience
? University degree, major in chemical related subjects.
? At least two years working experience in Lab, prefer in Li-ion battery or related area. 举报 分享
