Position Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Guang Zhou
Report to: Senior HR Manager
Purpose:
? To provide “one-stop-shop” HR services to designated supporting business units, and ensure that the internal customers receive the expected value from HR department. Cultivate and maintain a harmonious and trust culture between management and employees within the organization. Being the HR business partner to the business leaders and their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management
? Manage the full range of HR activities and operations for the specific business units, including but not limited to Recruiting, Training & Development, budgeting, Employee Relations & Engagement and HRIS.
? Manage key HR processes in alignment with HR policies and practices as well as working closely with Centers of Excellence (COE) Talent and Rewards.
? Be the key HR business partner for the specific business units and implement HR calendars outlining people activities to support key business initiatives as well as the implementation of core HR processes and specific activities that support business requirements as well as employee engagement. Implement Talent Management and Succession activities to ensure people are able to meet current performance requirements as well as long term business goal.
? Implement and execute consistently key HR core processes: salary/bonus rounds, GSMS, performance management, TLU, Talent and Succession Management.
? Work closely with hiring manager and Talent Acquisition team to manage the recruitment process.
? Recommends and leads programs for the personal development of employees, and to work together with Regional/Functional HR in providing professional advices on career development and planning for them.
? Participate in people practices surveys, and make proposal for HR policies and benefit programs wherever necessary. Support on annual personnel budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
? Keep current on local laws and regulations, to ensure compliance in HR practices and internal/external audits.
? Proactively take part in the key HR initiatives/projects in support of furthering the business and people goals.
People Management:
? Supervise and provide job coaching for subordinate
? Set performance plan with direct reports; review and evaluate performance
Key Relationships:
? Designated Business units in Guangzhou LO
? HR Centers of Excellence – Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Learning.
? Group Function HRs including other Liaison Offices.
? External authorities, agents, consultants.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including coaching, consulting, influencing.
? Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, be able to escalate the issue/problem with proposed solutions to senior level when needed
? Strong ownership to drive the things happen and lead to the targeted result
? Customer oriented and approachable, good team player
? Fluent in English (written and oral)
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deal effectively with change
? Excellent MS-Office skills are required; SAP HR experience is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? University degree or equivalent
? Minimum of 5 years of solid HR Management/BP working experience in an international context
