Job Description:
· Provide technical support on Extron S3 Hot Line for Extron Products and related AV Products
· In house product testing for technical issues experienced in field
· Trouble shooting technical problems with AV systems
· Traveling to dealer/end user offices, and representing Extron at trade shows and dealer events
· Training to Sales team memeber, Extron dealers and End users
· Thorough understanding of Extro prodct line, product functions, features and applications
· Developing and constantly improving the level of technical knowledge
· Developing a working knowledge of competitive products and related technologies
Qualification:
· BSEE from an accredited college, university or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years working experience is required
· Fluent command of the English language
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Good knowledge of Professional AV products is preferred
· Professional and friendly attitude that demonstrates a genuine desire to help solve problems
