职位描述：
岗位职责 Responsibility：
1． 负责日常MRO（非生产类）采购工作，如采购申请单确认，合同签订，订单制作及供应商交期确认等。
2． Responsible for daily MRO purchasing work, such as PR check, Contract signing, PO make and lead time confirmation.
3． 协同物流部门完成供应商到货接及入库，及相关文件的准备。
4． Assist logistic team to prepare related document for stuff receiving.
5． 协同供应商进行到货状态确认，以及新供应商的前期相关商务文件的签署。
6． Confirm stuff delivery status with supplier and update regularly, prepare related commercial such as NDA and commercial agreement with supplier.
7． 协同财务完成供应商发票接收确认，货款申请等。
8． Assist finance department to prepare supplier invoice etc. for payment application.
9． 管理采购部门的相关文件，电子档文件的整理汇总并定期更新。纸质版订单合同，技术协议归档等。
10． Documented for purchasing department including electrical version files.
11． 协助采购经理制定供应商管理体系，整合供应商资源，控制采购成本；优化现有MRO采购流程；
12． Assist purchasing manager set out supplier management system, collect supplier resources and control cost and optimize current MRO purchasing process.
13． 协助工程部门开发并筛选合适的供应商。
14． Assist engineering department for develop and choosing the suitable suppliers.
15． 进口设备/材料的清关报关工作；
16． Custom clearance for imported equipment, tools and material related job.
要求 Requirement:
1． 本科，机械或设备类相关专业。
2． Bachelor or above, major of mechanical or equipment related.
3． 至少3-5年MRO（非生产性）采购相关工作经验。
4． Three or Five year MRO（non-production） purchasing work experience needed
5． 英语读写流利，口语好尤佳.
6． Good command of English writing and reading, good oral speaking preferred.
7． 熟练操作MS office相关软件。
8． Good command of MS office.
9． 良好沟通协调能力。
10. Good team work and communication capability.
11. SAP熟练操作经验。
