职位描述：
Major Responsibilities：
1. To lead new product AME and process development, validation and optimization when mass production
2. To define requirements to equipment/fixture/gauge requirement for new product development project and make technical advices when selecting.Also be responsible for equipments management, including maintenance and repair,etc.
3. To provide technical support when issue happens on new product manufacturing and application.
4. To draft, revise and release documents required per the APQP and PPAP.
5. To assist plants to prepare investment approval (C.A.R) and other tasks assigned by managers

Requirements:
1. 8+ years ‘work experience in electro-mechanical product manufacturing factory, ideally in an international / multicultural automotive industry environment.
2. Bachelor or above
3. Experience in processes such as electro-mechanical components assembly and testing. Air-leakage testing, End-of Line testing, software flashing preferred.
4. Experience in equipments management preferred.
5. Analytical skills, drive to execution, accountable
6. Self-starter & doer with sound base education (we do not want a scientist nor a clerk)
7. Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese
8. Mutual understanding of customer specific requirements / APQP and Quality Systems, such as ISO/TS 16949 / QS900x
9. Be goot at process capability, DOE, Six Sigma (ideally Green Belt / Black Belt), GD&T, MSA，TPM.
