? Responsible forDEFA products testing of function, safety, reliability and structure. Mainly the products are electronic products with software, like charger etc.
? Make/follow the testing time plan, testing schedule, organize related team member review .
? Create the testing environment.
? Fill the testing result,summary the testing report and other docuemnts.
? Communicate with project engineer and designer to solve the bugs.
? Participate the technical specification , related docuemnts review.
? Others.
4.1 REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL LEVEL OR CERTIFICATIONS
? Bachlor/Collegedegree,Major in mechanical/Electronics/Electric .
? Good English skills, written and spoken
?
4.2 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS TO PERFORM TASKS
Level 1 = Under training 25%
Level 2 = Can perform task, but need occasional support 50% Level 3= Can perform task independently 75%
Level 4 = Can train others 100%

? >4 years working experience in a western managed company.
? >2 years testing experience.
? Understanding the hardware electronic circuit design.
? Understand one of C/C++/VHDL.
? Understandard the AC-DC (230VAC—12VDC) products.
? Understandard the requirement of LVD,EMC etc.
? Familiarwith the testing equirement, like:oscilloscope,power supply etc.
? Have the experience of bug management system, like: Jira etc.
? Have the skill of data processing/analysis,ANOVA,etc.
? Good computer knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite.
? It is a plus to have labview knowledge.
