-To create and develop B2B plus B2C sales distribution channel partners in China.

-To drive existing B2B channels and gain incremental business growth.

-To support marketing by new product launch campaigns,tradeshows to increase sales.

-To identify new distributors in glass, steel, automotive, F&B, textile, furnace industries.

-KPI measurable by sales T/O increase and incentive/bonus according to growth.

Others: Experienced in combustion/burner,valves,is highly motivated & initiatives to work on minimal supervision. Good communicator, bi-lingual & well organized.

Job requirements:

-Expert in finding, creating and developing new distributors by various industries.

-Resourceful to find new channels and methods to increase selling activities which drives business growth.

Analytical about pricing & margins, handles customer's inventory forecasts. Support marketing function and good ability in combustion, heating,HVAC, Gas valves background to serve most industrial & process heating applications.
