Job Summary:
Senior Social Acquisition Manager will be responsible for creating and leading user acquisition strategies for social media platforms, plan, develop, execute and optimize the social media channels user acquisition ROIs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage user acquisition strategy on social media platforms
- Define and own key performance metrics for user acquisition strategy on social media to track traffic and conversion rates for continuous improvement
- Design creative solutions / campaigns to attract users, drive downloads and increase engagement on social media platforms
- Data-driven approach to seek, test, and evaluate new social media channels to acquire new users

Key attributes of the Role:
- Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly
- Ability to juggle projects across multiple networks and platforms
- Passionate / pro-active for user acquisition
- Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving

Required skills and competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of solid work experience in digital marketing strategic planning, and excellent knowledge with China social media landscape
- Experience in acquire new users from popular Chinese social media platforms, not limited to WeChat and Weibo.
- Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint, and must be comfortable presenting findings to internal and external audiences
- Owning and maintaining a Wechat official account or Weibo with good traffic and interaction rate would be a plus
