1. Manage IT hardware and software maintenance and deal with various IT problems and assist in DMS implementation;
2. 3-4 years experience in managing IT hardware and software maintenance in a company, preferably in automotive environment;
3. Degree holder in relevant field;
4. Knowledge of general IT troubleshooting, including internet connectivity and PC software issues;
5. Strong awareness of IT security;
6. Prior experience in automotive workshop DMS/ERP is required;
7. Basic knowledge of general process of automotive workshop;
8. Honest, reliable and able to follow instructions well;
