Main Responsibilities
？ To be responsible in new suppliers scouting
？ Suppliers management including suppliers base; suppliers performance; suppliers development; continuously improvement
？ General Terms, price list, payment term & Conditions, Contract negotiation with suppliers
？ Prepare Request for Quotations and RFQ for materials with agreements, price analysis
？ Localization activities
？ Negotiate with suppliers based upon assigned target (cost, time and quality) and ensure OT delivery to meet production
requirement.
？ Issue Purchasing Order according to the contractual rules and company policies.
？ Pursue and negotiate recovery costs.
？ Responsible for material returns, reschedule and cancellations according to FCST/production.
？ Master data regularly review and info. Code maintain
？ Invoice and payment.
？ Cooperate with logistics for shipment and Custom clearance
？ Perform the other related duties as required.
Requirements
？ BA degree, elec. Background is a plus
？ Good at both spoken English and written English
？ More than 3 year sourcing and purchasing experience in multinational company
？ Good understanding of process (purchasing, logistics, planning, quality and manufacturing) and financial knowledge
？ Good knowledge of MRP, agreements and contracts, purchasing process
？ Excellent negotiation, analysis and time management skills
？ Team player, sense of responsibility and customer oriented
？ Responsible and passionate
？ Good communication skill and execution
