职位描述
JD:
Prepare the internal and external material for presentations and business activities, to include powerpoint presentations and excel compilations.
Organize, prioritize and reply to correspondence/emails received; answer and respond to telephone calls; maintain and update manager schedules on an ongoing basis. Maintain central filing system in function.
Handle telephone calls, incoming mail, publications and other correspondence
Collect and compile information needed for conferences, reports and projects.
Prepares and assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled meetings and materials.
Perform activities associated with business travel planning including; maintaining ticket records, making reservations, and processing expense reports.
Provide administrative support to functions, to include inter-department and intra department administrative support, travel arrangements, stock ordering and taking and other duties.
Coordinates and plans meetings, inside and outside the company. This may include the taking, typing and distributing of meeting minutes. Coordinate visitor’s meeting schedules and travel arrangements.
Assist in budget preparation and also expense tracking.
Represent Marketing functions as BCM, Information Security Coordinator, asset / stock management, and other centralized coordination.
Provide administrative support to Board Secretary – to include preparation of various internal and external reports, papers, presentations, documents and Board meetings. Coordinate with internal departments, external shareholders and regulators on documents preparation, training materials and records, information disclosure documentations and other projects/assignments.
Other responsibilities as designated by line manager and coordinate with related staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above. Qualification in accounting or finance or legal will have advantage.
Excellent English in reading/writing/speaking
Good writing skills in both English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint, Excel & Word
