Key Responsibilities:

1.Provide general support to the Sourcing Team
为采购部门提供支持
2.Responsible for order follow up, lead time tracking, documentation, and coordinating
负责订单的跟踪,交期的跟踪及文件的整理等
3.Manage the files and documentation and control confidentiality of files as necessary
管理文件及负责文件的保密性
4.Communicate with suppliers and clients for shipment coordinating
为客户及供应商跟踪货物
5.Perform other duties as required
协助上级完成其他相应的工作
6.Business travel necessary sometime
能适应偶尔出差
Qualifications:
职位要求:
1.College degree or above in International Trade/Sourcing/English/Secretary/Administration or other related area.
大专及以上文凭(国际贸易/采购/英语/文秘/行政专业尤佳)
2.Fresh graduate welcome or 1-2 years experience in sourcing assistant
应届毕业生或有1-2年工作经验
3.Knowledge of logistics coordinating and drawings reading is an advantage
具备物流协调经验及基本图纸阅读能力者尤佳
4.Good command of English and Chinese, both in oral and written
具备一定英语读写说能力者尤佳
5.Good coordination and communication skills
具备良好的交流沟通能力
6.MS Office literate
精通MS Office等办公软件
7.Hard working, proactive personality and a fast learner
脚踏实地、积极主动、学习能力强
