Key Responsibilities:
-Channel Onboarding
-Good at analyzing issues and responding within the SLA
-Understand and provide statutory updates to technology team for the countries they are responsible for and will be accountable for the changes to be deployed with in the dates agreed.
-Ensure no deviation in the process
-Create daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and present to the partners
-Should be an expert in the Excelity application functionalities to be able to manage this role.
-Co-ordinate with the training team and schedule the same for the identified resources at the partners side
-Support Sales and Marketing teams with inputs for customer discussions
-Provide Demo of the application for any prospect or internal teams
-Mentor new joiners in the team and hand hold them
-Provide updates to Channel manager and sales managers on the accounts on a periodic basis.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information System or equivalent experience.
-2 - 4 years of experience in a customer service facing role or in customer support.
-Strong understanding of payroll domain and HCM products business operations
-Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work effectively with the customer in a timely manner
-For complex or urgent situations, strong ability to identify the issue, define plan and communicate a course of action, and executes to plan
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and stressful situations
-Self-starter, highly capable of learning quickly and research issues for which you may not have an immediate answer.
-Very strong English language written and verbal communication skills
-Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, customer focused, service-orientated
-Ability to assess and recommend continuous process improvements of procedures or usage of tools. Including the ability to identify and define requirements for tools to enhance the ability of support to solve cases
-Strong understanding of the following would greatly enable the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues is highly desirable
· internet technologies including knowledge of web browsers, internet security settings, and common problems associated with both;
· techniques, tools and abilities to troubleshoot software issues;
-HCM modules implementation experience will be an added advantage
-Experience of on-boarding of channel partners will be a great advantage
