职位描述：
内容：
1、接听国内外客户来电，解答客户问题，配合结算部，核对客户资金往来；
2、记录客户基本信息，编制客户问题集，并把一些技术难题问题反馈入技术部；
3、配合客服经理、产品经理，维护公司平台与产品；
4、收集国内外其他公司有关信息，编制档案；
5、提高沟通技能，提高英语口语，增强金融知识，提高业务能力；
6、增进服务意识，提高业务素养；
Content：
1st picking up domestic and overseas phone call, resolving customers problem, and cooperating with Accounting department, check the customers account funds.
2nd recording customers information, editing and filing customers problem, and sending technical problem back to Technical department.
3rd cooperating with customer managers, product managers to maintain company platform and product.
4th collecting domestic and overseas information and making files.
5th improving communicating skills, oral English, financial knowledge and working ability.
6th enhancing service awareness and career characteristics.

岗位职责： 数学基础、工作严谨；能承受一定的工作压力，具备团队合作精神； 具备一定的英语表达能力，能适应夜班生活(Ps：夜班每月大致8次，每次补贴150元）；
Duty for job, good at Mathmatics, cautiousness mind, can balance the working pressure, have cooperating spirits, good at English expression and be suitable for the night shift.
