职位描述：
Customer Quality Champion (Manager)
Be responsible to drive customer focused quality performance improvement from standpoint of metrics and perception.

Improve Quality and relationship as perceived by the customer, anticipate and resolve issues.
? Lead quality interface to customer
? Be an expert on customer expectations, requirements and metrics
? Key support to and active partner with Global Account Director; bridge interface into ZF TRW Operations
? Customer Requirements Management - interface to Business Units and Purchasing (suppliers)
? Ensure Launch Readiness
? Issue escalation / effective resolution
? Ensure ZF TRW site preparation for customer audits / reviews
? Understand all elements of Customer production system and link to ZF TRW Production System
? Represent ZF TRW to customer in all functional areas (BU, Engineering etc.)
Responsibilities:
? Drive customer scorecard performance to 95% target with 90% on-plan to green recovery for red sites
? Meet ZF TRW NCT/Million & PPM targets
? Establish and execute pro-active customer visit / communication schedule
? Meet ZF TRW launch VOC target, including subjective assessment of ZF TRW performance
? Communicate customer view of performance internally to ZF TRW and ensure appropriate actions are established, executed and effective (i.e. Monthly customer focus report; Customer strategic assessments etc.)
? Manage Customer Specific Requirements and where necessary, integration into ZF TRW BPM policies and procedure

Education:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
