Job Description：
？ 1.Responsible for day-to-day production of the plant
？ 2.Responsible for quality, delivery and cost for the production on site.
？ 3.Ensure company quality procedures and manufacturing instructions are followed across all production areas;
？ 4.Take the lead of implementing productions to ensure products delivered to customers meet the highest quality standard.
？ 5.Look after to utilize production capacity in best way
？ 6.Responsible for adequate planning of production.
？ 7.Maintain close control of production materials and completed products.
？ 8.Provide regular training to operators.
？ 9.Supervise workers and monitor production quality to minimize rejections.
？ 10.Promote the proactive development of Production personnel providing leadership to the production function.
？ 11.Promote development of Production personnel in accordance with business objectives. This will include training solutions, training planning, maintenance of required competence and employee development activities
？ 12.Know and understand the roles and duties related to environment
？ 13.Knowledge of TS16949 is preferred
？ 14.Any other special tasks, duties or assignments given or ordered by line manager

Qualifications:
        1. Minimum university education major in Ceramics, Material engineering, Chemical or related field.
        2. Fluent in English
        3. Excellent analytical and communication skills
        4.Computer skills: MS Office
        5. Strong on-site management skills
        6. More than 5 years’ experience in manufacturing field
        7. Desirable with skills as a team leader
        8. Preferably with background and experience in auto or chemical industry. 举报 分享
