3-5 years digital agency experience, good general education and knowledge of communications industry
Experience in account specific marketing
Experience leading and building team
Understanding of how the dynamics of retail work
Ability to present the work (insights, strategy, creative)
Possess a creative nature to problem solving
Enjoys the challenge of using creative ideas to solve client’s communications needs
Good written and verbal English and Chinese
Willing to work hard with irregular hours
