职位描述：
POSITION OBJECTIVE:

To provide our customer spare parts requirements.

  
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Receive internal & external client RFQ/inquiry

? Provide accurate quotations to client in a timely fashion, and keep all quotations up to date

? Enter client orders accurately with support of SCM

? Work closely with DRMC and logistics to providing parts delivery status

? Prepare inbound & outbound shipment with warehouse and finance team?

? Perform any additional duties that may be assigned

 

PROBLEM SOLVING:

? Accurate and prompt order & quotation entry

? Willingness to help other team members with their workloads or problems

 

FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT or MIN YEARS of EXPERIENCE NECESSARY:

? CET-4

? Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

? Good organization and communication skills including time management, good file and record organization

? Deal effectively and pleasantly with people including clients, and D-R colleagues

? Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
