To support the fast and sustainable growth, we now invite high caliber personnel to take up the position of HR Manager at our factory. The position will be located in Changshan and report to the PEER Group HR Director.
Job Summary
As a HR generalist and strategic business partner, cultivate the PEER culture, drive organization development and implement value adding HR strategy and programs to support PEER China’s long term development.
Key Responsibilities
- Together with the PEER Group HR Director and Operating Unit head, translate the business strategy into people and competency requirements necessary for achieving the business targets. Identify current gaps, define priority and needed actions to close the gaps.
- Keep track of the company business trend and future needs, and take the initiative to discuss with the Operating Unit Head to refine the organization structure and resources optimization.
- Drive and implement Talent Management and Succession Planning process, with focus on building a sustainable organization.
- Support Management Team leadership competencies development and coach them in applying the PEER HR processes, tools and policies effectively.
- Develop corporate activities to advocate the PEER Values and Code of Conduct and to cultivate a positive working climate and inspire employee loyalty.
- Coach line managers in applying the PEER HR processes and tools effectively, such as company policies, performance management, annual salary review, competency review, talent management, etc.
- Keep abreast of the labor market development including C&B and resources availability, and recommend effective means/programs to acquire, motivate and retain critical resources.
- Strengthen and standardize company HR policies, processes and activities to ensure compliance with legislative regulations, market best practices and PEER requirements.
- Develop & evaluate reliable recruitment channels and methodologies including campus recruitment to improve the recruitment quality, cost and speed.
- Constantly maintain updated staff records in an accurate and confidential manner and to make available for internal management review and external audit.
- Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Degree in human resource management or equivalent
- Over 6 years solid experience as in handling full spectrum of HR disciplines in factories
- Sound knowledge of China labor law and its implication to HR management
- A dynamic professional with strong business sense
- Well organized, able to handle details accurately
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with self-driven personality
- High level of integrity and courage to challenge the status quo and to drive change
- Professional training and facilitation skills
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Manufacturing and MNC background is a must
