职位描述：
Critical Job Elements
？ Understand system requirements, SW architecture and SW features.
？ Contribute to project estimation and planning related SW verification test (SW DVT).
？ Write test documentations such as test plan, test procedure and test report and deliver with on time and high quality.
？ Work with project team to identify systemic problems in product development, verification and manufacturing. Propose and implementing solutions to fix identified problems.
？ Participate actively in the architecture and development of the various test automation frameworks in Perl, AutoIt and PHP/MySQL
？ Architect and develop many new complex System test cases to further improve efficiency and test coverage.
？ Develop test infrastructure elements, tools and utilities to automate tests for HW, SW and API’s.
？ Work closely with development engineers in Shanghai during the SW and HW development phases of products.
？ Plan and execute system testing on multiple simultaneous product developments.
？ Will be a relentless advocate for Quality and continuous improvement for HW and SW.
？ Will be self motivated and self starter and work well with a small existing team
？ Will be industrious and creative and hard worker.
？ Significantly contribute to software engineering process improvement especially for SW DVT improvement.
？ Assist colleagues with training or skill development, mentor junior engineers.
？ Focus on Linux, bootload, BIOS and related drivers and protocols (Memory controller, Ethernet, USB, PCI Express device drivers; TCP/IP).
？ Report work result clearly to software manager and project manager.

Responsibility Level
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Qualifications
？ BSCS or BSCE degree or equivalent is required
？ A minimum of 3-5 years experience software development or test is desired.
？ Microsoft OS, x86 architecture, and assemblage language experience is required
？ Linux application, device driver and kernel development experience is required
？ Experience in leading software development or test in projects is required.
？ Understanding of software engineering process and software quality control is required.
？ Extensive knowledge of computer network is desired.
？ English written communications skills are required.
？ Self-motivate, accountable, innovative.
？ Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
？ Great people skills with good communication and well-organized, disciplined.
？ Should obey an instruction from immediate manager and also report work result to the line manager 举报 分享
