职位描述：
Key responsibilities：

1.Take full responsibility for leading assembly line projects.
2.Develop and design assembly line or testing device for new product.
3.Fabricate assembly line or testing device internally or with external supplier
4.Support on new assembly line setup and commissioning for new product.
5.Create & Maintain engineering related datum/document both in Ectr and SAP,
6.Establish and maintain process standards include Process Plan (PP’S), operation instructions (OP’S) for the production processes at Plant 88.
7.Support online trouble shooting of assembly line and test equipment.
8.Involve in assembly line optimization and continuous improvement.
9.Work with CIP, to continuously improve machine stability and reliability.
10.Support on lean project and assembly line modification.
11.Support on technical problem solving of plant facilities.
12.Promote the teamwork, and share experience and knowledge with other team member.
13.Working on any other duty or project on which the incumbent is assigned by the direct superisor.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

1. University degree in Automation or Mechanical-electrical engineering
2. 2+ years automation/electrical design and commissioning experience
3. Be familiar with electrical and pneumatic system
4. Strong experience on Siemens PLC programming, and Wincc programming is preferred
5. Good English reading and writing skills
6. Good computer skills on MS-office,Autocad
