职位描述：
协助部门领导和主管建立并完善公司绩效考核体系，协助各部门负责人实施员工绩效考核工作，整理分析绩效考核结果。

1、协助主管制定并完善公司绩效管理制度，优化绩效管理流程；
2、建立各部门员工绩效考核指标体系，在主管领导下推行公司绩效考核制度；
3、编制各部门各岗位绩效考核表，会同各部门负责人组织实施绩效考核工作并确保工作顺利开展；
4、负责向各部门解释说明绩效考核制度、流程等相关内容，并向员工解释绩效考核结果、处理申诉；
5、建立并保管员工绩效考核档案，整理考核文件与资料；
6、收集各类岗位绩效信息，为考核指标体系建设提供依据；
7、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、学历要求：人力资源管理及相关专业大专或以上学历；
2、工作经验要求：具备人力资源管理相关工作经验三年以上；
3、技能要求：掌握医疗管理、人力资源管理知识及相关技能；具备良好的职业道德素质和团队合作精神。 举报 分享
