Partner Enablement Specialist

The Sales Enablement organization is responsible for delivering consistent development, training, and communications to the channel sales organization.

This position Partner Enablement Specialist reports directly to the Partner Enablement Director and will be responsible for an assigned PTC Channel Region enablement of channel sales, presales, and marketing. The Partner Enablement Specialist also collaborates with other team members to develop instructional and assessment strategies and differentiated curriculum. This position will also assist in identifying curricular needs and development of long-range plans for instruction improvement, designing and implementing strategies that increase student achievement.

This is an individual contributor role with mentoring responsibility. This person works on, and leads multiple projects and provides solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:

? Design, develop and deliver region based training content for channel sales, pre-sales and marketing, via WebEx, phone calls or live workshops.
? Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum and learning paths for onboarding and broader enablement across variety of areas, such as, buyer journeys and industry deep dives
? Collaborate with other members of the GTM and Enablement teams to improve sales bootcamps content as well as on-going enablement initiatives for the broader sales teams
? Support the management of third-party vendors to support and integrate specific content, sales playbooks and our sales training initiatives
? Maintain sales enablement assets on Velocity, PTCU, etc.
? Collaborate with Partner Managers and Market Directors for capacity requirements, learning path assignments and reporting.
? Determine resource requirements for all development functions, including required skill level, timeframe, existing knowledge, ramp-up time, etc.
? Identify metrics to be measured and follow improvement trends over time
? Define additional resources from Sales Enablement and regional network necessary for effective program delivery
? Define appropriate activities to be performed by the learner to adopt training practices and impact metrics being measured (next steps and action items)
? Work with management to assure measurements and follow-up activities are being followed and training is being adopted
? Ensure all newly-created program assets are collected and appropriately archived (using established “train the trainer” delivery outline templates) in the Delivery Assets area
? Planning and support for internal and external Sales Kick-Off events
? Lead or coordinate regular webcast events for Sales/Technical Sales/Channel Sales

Preferred Background:
? Ability to create and present professional, effective presentations
? Ideal candidate will have experience working with software resellers and a strong understanding of enterprise software
? Experience in selling to C-Level executives of Small and Medium Businesses a major plus
? Experiences in sales enablement/development
? Must be an effective communicator and have an ability to work well within a “team” environment, particularly within the Sales and Marketing departments
? Excellent research and analysis skills
? At least 3 years of formal writing experience (newsletters, sales literature, marketing literature, or presentation development
? Ability to manage multiple projects, where diplomacy, project management, and negotiating skills are essential
? Strong computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
? Language skill Chinese and Fluent English
