Responsibility:

1:负责欧洲客户订单管理，整理，更新，
In charge of managing, arranging, updating the orders for European clients.
2: 供应商生产进度跟踪
Order production/scheduling/follow-up with suppliers
3: 熟悉报关流程
Knows export procedures
4.:有较强的PI PO CI BL所有外贸涉及的相关文件处理能力
Strong capability and knowledge of PI PO CI BL and other documents involved in export businesses
5:熟悉OPEN ERP 软件 ，贸易公司ERP软件
Knowledgeable about OPEN ERP or a trade ERP
6:熟悉内销和采购流程。
Knows process of domestic sales and purchases
7.熟悉化工品报关跟单等。
Knowledgeable about chemicals custom clearance, order management, etc.

Requirements:

1. 外贸行业经验
Experience in intl. trade
2. 流利的英文，可以直接和欧洲客户交流
Fluent English, capable of communicating directly with foreign clients
3. 较强的文件管理能力，有责任心
Strong document management skill, sense of responsibility
4.优秀的交流，组织管理能力，能承受压力和团队精神
Great communication(skills), capacity of organization, can work endure pressure and in a team environment

Location

In 2005 VT&i formally registered its office in the Netherlands. At present we operate from three offices in China. Our offices are located close to our main suppliers in Shanghai, Langfang in Hebei province and Shundein Guangdong province.
