The floating solar market being a booming industry, Ciel & Terre is hiring talents to join its expanding team.
Job description:
In order to support his development in China, Ciel & Terre is hiring a supply Chain manager. The new recruit will be integrated into a team based in Shanghai and will be working conjointly with the production manager, the project execution manager and administration.
The supply chain manager will be responsible for:
- Negotiating with suppliers in order to get the most competitive raw material, finished product, accessories, production and transport cost.
- Design and implement purchasing strategies and conduct the order by optimizing the cost, lead time and quality.
- Manage the inland logistics by ensuring that the delivery process is smooth : proper packaging, proper storage, planning of truck delivery, respect of the delay.
- Ensure the good execution of the administrative work: packing list signed by customer, related transport documents…
- Coordinate with production manager and customer to ensure that the products are delivered on time, according to the jobsite requirements and the production output capacity.
- Help in implementing production capacities near jobsite, by auditing suitable
Profile requirements:
Chinese: mother in Tongue
English: communication level
Experience: at least 4 years experience in logistic & supply chain
Computer literacy: with Excel, Word, Power point
Frequent business trips within China to meet suppliers and set up production capacities
Workplace: Shanghai

工作内容：
最重要责任包括：
- 管理供应商关系，找新的供应商，谈判，优化成本，交货期及质量
- 管理物流：安排交货，安排质控，确保适当的包装及储存
- 管理客户的要求
- 做新的商务工具：如设计公司目录，帮设计公司网络
- 跟项目经理和中国总经理配合以便进行项目订单（从设计阶段到现场建筑）
- 安排与参加展览会
