职位描述：

Main Responsibilities:

1.Deliver and improve budgeting and expense control:

Participate in annual budgeting, forecasting process;

Analyze difference between budget and actual expense, provide suitable advice on expense control, keep closely relationship with channel and other departments;

Continually improve reporting system, deliver reports via MIS as far as possible;

2.Implement financial analysis, i.e. ABC analysis, to support management decision.

3.Prepare month end / year end accrual.

4.Handle budget adjustment and routine expense control, support audit related activities.

5.Advise on improvement of budget process and expense management, promote and implement projects to improve productivity.

6.Maintain financial system, including EMS, Hyperion Planning, SUN

7.Other relevant tasks from managers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree, major in financial or accounting related field, CPA is preferred.

At least two years working experience and one year related to budgeting; Experience in insurance is a plus.

Familiar with computer, excellent Excel skills;

Able to use financial software;

Good oral and written English.
