1. Qualification:
- University / Diploma graduatein Business related field
- Good written and spoken of English and Mandarin

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Sales &Marketing / leasing at a similar position from a serviced apartment, hotel or a reputable housing / relocation agencyis essential.

3. Competencies:
? Knowledgeable in all aspects of sales and marketing
? Familiar with overall operations of serviced residence, hotel or similar operations.
? Basic computer skills.
? Possess managerial expertise with excellent selling skills.
? Excellent communications and public relations skills.
? Excellent selling skills with ability to produce results.

4. Personal attributes:
? Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
? Pleasant personality, honest, hardworking, flexible and a good team player.
? Have a good business acumen
? Sociable and approachable
? Able to conduct business at management level.
