1、 Assist the OM manager for daily management control (Update and follow up of Management Key Performance Indicators, Regular evaluation of department’s management)；协助OM经理进行日常运管控（更新并跟进管理KPI，定期评估各部门经理工作绩效）；

2、Tackling technical problems about water treatment in WTP and participating in optimizing of WTP operation;负责处理水厂水处理工艺的技术问题, 并且参与水厂运行的优化；

3、 Tackling technical problems about waste water treatment in WWTP and participating in optimizing of WWTP operation;负责处理污水厂污水处理工艺的技术问题,并且参与污水厂的运行优化；

4、Assisting OM manager for OM department management with various technical issues;协助运行维护部经理做好运行维护部技术方面的管理工作；

5、Participate in JV's energy saving projects, optimize electricity consumption of production equipment.参与公司的能源项目，优化生产设备的用电。

任职要求：

1、Master or above degree 硕士或以上学历；

2、Be familiar with wastewater treatment, especially biological process and tertiary treatment processs. 熟悉废水处理特别是生物处理货深度处理工艺；

3、Be able to use excel or other statistic software to analyze operation data.能够运用Excel 或其他统计软件分析运行数据；

4、Be able to independently carry out small equipment modification or process improvement projects.能够准备PPT并使用英语清晰表达工作成果。

5、Be able to prepare PPT and clearly present working result in English.
