职位描述：
1.0 REQUIREMENT

? At least 8 years process design background in design institute or international engineering company out of which at least 5 spent in Pharmaceutical Projects.
? Familiar with design procedure and cooperation between disciplines.
? Experience in Lau Out development of API plants accordingly to GB codes
? Familiar with local and international cGMP.
? Experience of using process simulation software or in preparing and executing Validation protocols is a nice to have.
? Professional work attitude and reliability.
? Good responsibility and teamwork spirit.

2.0 RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES FOR PROJECT ACTIVITIES:

? Carry out design work of a unit or units as required in accordance with agreed project schedule. Supervise the work of assigned subordinates on the project.
? Using the basis of design to make detailed calculations to develop the design and be responsible for the accuracy of these calculations
? Ensure that design methods, standards and data used conform with Client’s requirements (and in particular to project User Requirements) and/or those issued by FW.
? Ensure that reference cGMP as agreed with Client shell be strictly followed.
? Prepare and/or Review Process Flow Diagrams, Equipment Specifications and process Descriptions for Pharma Process and Process Utilities.
? Develop Conceptual Equipment Lay out, Flows (Material, Personal, Equipment, etc) and cleanliness classification Lay Outs
? Ensure that FW Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Assurance Procedures are followed during execution of all contracts
? Prepare Engineering Flow diagrams (P&I) for Pharma Processes and Utilities.
? Review Supplier’s quotations from a process engineering standpoint
? Participate in miscellaneous project reviews (cGMP Review, Model Review, Electrical classification review, Hazop) as applicable to type and phase of project
