职位描述：
Job Description:
-Preparing the Mechanical scope of work and design basis for the project
-Provide equipment cost, dimensional and performance estimates
-Prepare and maintain the detailed control level schedules to be used in project
-Prepare narrative specifications
-Prepare equipment designs, drawings and data sheets and Developing and revising equipment lists
-Participating in Material selection for equipment
-Providing process engineering assistance in system design. Application and selection of equipment to optimize and meet the requirements of the process conditions.
-Preparation of auxiliary flow diagrams for lube, cooling water and seal oil systems
-Prepare Requests for Quotation and Purchase Order and Establishing Vendor Drawing/Data requirement
-Participating in Supplier bid clarification, negotiation and/or award meetings
-Prepare Bid Summaries and perform economic evaluation of vendor’s proposals for overall cost and operational value of rotating equipmentIdentify change orders and provide manpower forecasts to project management
-Reviewing & marking up submitted Supplier drawings and data and Leading the Squad Check effort for vendor
data by various disciplines
-Assist inspection to identify specific inspection requirements.
-Setting standards for shop fabrication and field inspection
-Provide spare parts interchangeability recommendation and purchase program and lubrication schedule preparation for the rotating machinery.
-Providing consultation and/or on-site assistance in the installation, commissioning, or Start Up of equipment

Basic requirements:
-Minimum 10 years of mechanical engineering and design experience in refining and petrochemical industries
-Familiar with international and Chinese standards as applied to rotating equipment
-Preference will be given to candidates with good knowledge of Positive displacement, centrifugal and axial compressors; positive displacement and centrifugal pumps; fan & blower, motors; generators; gears; steam and gas turbines; diesel engines, air dryer, refrigeration system, vacuum unit, water treatment systems and agitator etc 举报 分享
