职位描述：
Engagement Executives are the right hand of the agency. They are responsible for getting very deep into one specific client project. They search across the web analyzing sentiment, user interactions and social engagements. They find up-and-coming influencers and hot new platforms. They are responsible for communicating with the client on a daily basis and are caretakers of the brand’s social accounts.
互动执行作为项目执行中最得力的助手，必须熟知自己负责的客户项目。他们管理客户品牌社交媒体官方账号的日常运作，与客户的日常沟通，并负责分析客户品牌的社交媒体口碑、互动表现。同时，他们不断发掘具有影响力的热门社交媒体平台和热门意见领袖。

Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for finding research data and clearly communicating findings.
- Be responsible for supporting online activities: execution, tracking, reporting.
- Be responsible for supporting content creation and adapting messaging to different social channels.
- Be responsible for daily client communications and daily community management.
- Troubleshoot operation issues, ensure proper execution and achievement of KPI goals.
职位描述：
- 负责网络数据收集，并能做出清晰的分析。
- 负责各类线上活动、营销专题的执行、数据分析、报告。
- 协助互动经理，与文案与设计团队配合，根据各个网络传播渠道的不同内容要求，创作所需原创内容。
- 管理品牌社交媒体官方账号，并负责与客户的日常沟通。
- 解决项目执行中遇到的问题，确保项目正确执行和实现KPI目标。

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Must be fluent in both Chinese and English; spoken and written required.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office software: Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Be highly detailed and thorough in all work.
- Fast thinking and resourceful.
- Must be firm, confident, optimistic, open-minded, entrepreneurial, and innovative.
任职要求：
- 大学本科及以上学历在读，每周至少可工作4天。
- 熟练的中英文听说读写能力。
- 熟悉使用相关办公室软件，例如Powerpoint、Word、Excel、Outlook。
- 细心、谨慎、注重细节。
- 思维敏捷，懂得随机应变。
