Job Description
1. Failure analysis for customer complaints, issue final FA report through team work with relevant people.
2. Provide failure analysis for internal defective products and technical service to related department.
3. Problem-solving activities with product groups, process engineering teams and suppliers to identify, track, and resolve customer and internal quality issues including the analysis of product returns from customers, evaluating the viability of return and any corrective action required. In addition, it involves resolution of customer initiated corrective actions.
4. Consistent follow up/follow through on living 8D audit, and ensure gaps identified with closures per committed timeline.
5. Consistent follow up/follow through on suppliers’ defect detection, FA & prevention activities to ensure corrective actions taken are effective / no recurrence.
6. Update the status of the customer return and internal FA clear and timely.
7. Provide Technical Report for cross-function/function project.
8. Co-work with PE for the low yield analysis to have the yield improvement.
9. Coordinate with outside lab for the FA services.
10. Help maintain and enhance the QMS, EMS, EHS & OHSAS.

Qualification & Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above in material science, electrical, electronic, microelectronic, mechanical engineering, physics, etc.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in Semiconductor field with IC design house, Foundry or packaging house as FA role.
3. Solid knowhow of Assembly & Test processes and technology with the ability to apply the understanding to solve problems. Understanding of Fab/wafer processes will be added advantage.
4. Effective communicator with the ability to interface at all levels within the organization, possessing a thorough and clear written and verbal command of the English & Chinese language.
5. Demonstrated ability to effectively solve complex problems. Demonstrated ability of results orientation and taking appropriate action.
6. Computer skills for statistical analysis and communication of technical data.
7. Ability to identify package & device failure mechanisms. 举报 分享
