Purpose
? Responsible for the LCL/FCL commercial development between Latam & China
Key Accountabilities
? Work with branch offices & agents (in & out of network) on a commercial perspective to develop TL in/out of Latam through travel (25-30 sales visits/month), phone communication, seminars & weekly reports.
? Local training of branch offices/agents, sales & operations teams on how to use the various online tools & understand the network/infrastructure to sell more effectively.
? Determine target accounts for each market after discussion with respective SM/BMs along with Ecu offices & agents – Coordinate leads between the 2 countries/regions.
? Develop a more focused import selling mentality to the local sales team.
? Constant follow-up on Latam side on target/goal/lost accounts per market
? Knowledge of market/competition/pricing: ensure pricing is competitive to market levels & profitable to the company.
? Review production (volume & profitability) to identify top accounts & lost business – Use report to communicate findings/success stories with respective sales teams.
? Regularly check system for quotes – communicate thoughts to sales teams/SMs at both ends
? Follow-up on rate filing & ensure business is secured.

? FCL Volume
? LCL volume (# of transactions)
? Trade lanes development (# of trade lanes)
Main Interfaces
? Constant interaction with Latam & China sales teams; Weekly summary to direct report; Attend Regional Commercial Meetings/Seminars
Qualifications / Experience
? 5-7 years working experience in Sales
? Good understanding of LCL/FCL business
? Working experience in one or more of trade lane countries is an advantage
? Native Chinese, fluent in English
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Ability to create positive relationships within organization in both countries/regions
