职位描述：
Purpose of Job:
Responsible for the Tax, General Ledger, Financial and others government related


Major Responsibilities:
1) Review and validate payment supporting documents, and prepare payments in online banking system
2) Prepare bank reconciliations and handle other bank related issues
3) Prepare accounting entries and handle monthly accounting closing
4) Manage bookkeeping, accounting and reporting in accordance with applicable accounting regulations of P.R.C.
5) Prepare monthly working capital reports
6) Issue invoices, tax calculations and reporting to PRC tax authorities
7) Complete annual tax filling
8) Prepare company internal analysis reports
9) Complete Quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley tests
10) Liaison with external and internal auditors for the company auditing
11) Complete annual inspection in government departments
12) Keep good relationship with Tax bureau and other government departments

Requirements:
1 Education
- Minimum of Bachelor degree and major in accounting or finance

2 Experience
- Minimum of 6 years full-time experience in accounting. At least 3 years work experience
in foreign invested company and in senior positions such as senior accountant or accounting supervisor

3 Professional Qualifications, Knowledge and skills
- Good experience in using financial system
- Independently prepare accounting vouchers, ledgers and financial statements in English in a timely manner
- Knowledge or experiences in using Hyperion will be an advantage

4 Written / Oral Language skills:
- Good in English communication both in written and oral

5 Competencies
Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook,
