职位描述：
在人力资源部经理的领导下，做好医院人事日常工作。

工作职责：
1、根据上级要求，为各部门提供有效的员工统计数据。
2、负责每月考勤表发放和前期审核工作。
3、负责新进员工录用、离职手续办理及后续流程流转工作。
4、负责试用期转正人员到期通知，做好试用期审核表的收集工作。
5、负责请假单、加班单等行政单据的制作与发放。
