职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.Establish and develop standard and procedure for contract review, risk control and supplier management.
2.Draft and review commercial and transactional contracts and agreements (including warranty agreements), provide legal advice to business units and corporate functions.
3. Participate in important negotiations.
4. Provide legal suggestions regarding business disputes.
5. Cooperate with project managers to solve issues with partners, subcontractors and customers;
6. Cooperate with outside counsels for certain cases.
7. Legal research regarding equivocal issues for business needs.
8. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements
1. Bachelor or above degree in law.
2. Minimum 7 years general legal experience, background in MNC is a must, experience in big engineering company is preferred.
3. Strong drafting, communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work with cross-function-based team.
4. Able to work independently, handle multi-task and meet schedule.
5. Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge.
6. English proficiency and matrix reporting experience. 举报 分享
