Welcome to The George. As Account Manager you will join our international
account management team. Your main responsibility is to implement and
optimise performance marketing campaigns and to provide outstanding
client service. Coupled with strong analytical abilities, you are able to help our clients get
better results, long term. !

RESPONSIBILITIES"
! ?! Manage trusted relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of
their business challenges!
! ?! Organise and run online (& offline) campaigns!
! ?! Liaise with creative and clients for timings and executions.!
! ?! Persuade clients of strategic opportunities, short and long term.!
! ?! Continually improve clients’ campaign performance and return on investment.!
!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS"
! ?! BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.!
! ?! 4+ years experience in Agency account management, ATL & Digital.!
! ?! 1+ years experience managing BTL campaigns.!
! ?! Good understanding of the local Chinese market and advertising platforms, Search
(Baidu, Google), Display-buying, SNS (Weixin, Weibo etc.) and e-commerce (T-mall
etc.)!
! ?! Fluent in English and Mandarin!

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS"
! ?! Knowledge or experience working in fast-growing markets (Asia).!
! ?! Detail oriented with the ability to prioritise, plan, and organise campaign activity.!
