职位描述：
Responsibility
1. Coordinate multifunctional project team for the success of project or product delivery. Ensure the transferred projects from one milestone to another milestone on-time, on-budget and on-quality.
2. Responsible for the whole process of project management from starting to the phase of mass production (for internal product) or onsite solution deployment (for customized porjects).
3. Bridging global cooperation with multinational teams in different locations for assigned projects if necessary.
4. Understand clearly for the communication with customers and corporate (global) teams on product specification, quality expectation, timeline etc.
5. Develop and maintain a detailed master project schedule with team input, plan and ensure resources are available for the projects. Drive and control project progress and ensure each stage is aligned with the plan and targets.
6. Understand internal product or industrial applications, and track the project members on evaluations of project risks, supplier base, design feasibility, process and overall schedule and resources.
7. Organize milestone meeting with project members during the product cycle, drive problems to be solved efficiently. And report project status once a week to line leader. Synchronize project information between local team and Headquarter.

Experience or Skills required :
1. Bachelor degree or above. Engineering background is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years project management experience
3. Good PM skills on planning, reporting, presenting and decision making.
4. Business sense including contract, negotiation, supplier management capability
5. Language skills: Fluent in English (both writing and verbal) and Fluent in Mandarin
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with people with different characters.
7. Logical thinking and demonstrated competencies on handling multiple tasks
8. Results oriented, analytical, systematic, mature, proactive, and passionate, open to change

Specialised Knowledge or Skills required:
1.Nice to have industrial system integration. Industrial product NPI knowledge is a big plus.
2.Expert in URS analysis, experience software solution delivery or turn-key industrial whole production line delivery is a big plus. 举报 分享
