Regulatory Compliance&Certification Assistant

Imported Health food/cosmetics CFDA certification and regulatory compliance

We are looking for a full-time person with a pharmaceutical background, who can assist our CFDA certification and regulatory compliance team leader. Knudsen&Co is a foreign invested company based in Shanghai. We are advising foreign companies selling health food and cosmetics/skincare in China within regulatory compliance and CFDA certifications. We seek to deliver the best results for our clients while still keeping a happy 8 hours working day. This dual objective is best achieved by focus, ambition, and shared passion for our work.

Work contents:
1. Advisory services within health food products; nutritional supplements, sports nutrition, vitamins & minerals.
2. Screening of products/ingredients to comply with Chinese regulations.
3. Manage the CFDA certification process including testing, assembling application dossiers, communicating with the clients and manufacturing site.
4. CFDA approvals of cosmetics and skincare.
5. Regulatory compliance for food products imported into China.

Professional skills:
1. Major: Pharmacy, Food nutrition, Biology, Chemical or relevant majors
2. The person we are looking for is a team player with a strong attention to details.
3. The working language is English. We are looking for a candidate who can begin working with us as soon as possible.
4. Candidates with an experience within CFDA certifications are preferred, but we welcome all candidates with a pharmaceutical background to apply for the position.
