The Job职位介绍

Hunter Gatherer is currently seeking a Visual Merchandiser to help build and implement guidelines for visual merchandising and in-store communications focused primarily on our Retail sector. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to develop into a full-time position at the company. Our Visual Merchandiser will be asked to do a deep-dive into our current branding and product offering in order to create a set of VM standards in line with our core messaging and overall marketing strategy. In doing so, our Visual Merchandiser will work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Team, Design Team and in-store Operations Teams to devise solutions for existing pain points and create a set of SOPs that can be easily implemented across our current and future stores.

悦衡食集目前针对店铺零售区域招募一位视觉陈列师（***，有机会转成全职）以创建和执行店铺视觉陈列和视觉传达。视觉陈列师需要深入了解我们的品牌理念以及产品选择，以创建出符合我们品牌核心价值，符合整体营销策略的视觉陈列标准。因此，视觉陈列师将与市场营销团队、设计团队和店铺运营团队紧密合作，就当前陈列问题提出解决方案，为现有店铺和以后新开店铺创建一系列SOP标准作业流程。

The role of Visual Merchandiser demands someone who has high aesthetic standards, is extremely organized, sensitive to consumer behaviors and is deeply interested in Hunter Gatherer’s mission to serve real food. This person ought to be excited by the prospect of improving and standardizing the visual language and in-store experience through which we communicate to our customers. Hunter Gatherer has an abundance of unique products, store formats, diversified offerings and forward-thinking customers, allowing ample room for creativity and inspiring work.

视觉陈列师需要具备敏锐的美学触觉和空间美感、极具条理性、对消费者行为有一定的敏锐度、对悦衡食集真实好食的使命有浓厚的兴趣，希望通过视觉陈列的改善和标准化流程来增强顾客的店铺体验。悦衡食集店铺运营模式多样化，产品独特、品种丰富、消费群体具有超前意识，这为创造性思维和灵感创作提供广大空间。


Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
职责包括但不限于：

？ Assessing/Evaluating our current VM standards in order to identify key areas for improvement
对现有店铺的视觉陈列效果进行评估，明确哪些区域需要改进
？ Offering solutions to VM pain points that can be standardized and implemented across all of Hunter Gatherer locations
对当先店铺视觉陈列的不足之处提出标准化的解决方案， 以便日后在每个店铺统一执行
？ Devising a set of SOPs to communicate the “Do’s and “Do Not’s” of our VM strategy and implementation. Presenting this material to our Operations Team为店铺创建一系列SOP标准作业流程，明确哪些视觉陈列战略效果“必须做”，哪些“不能做”，并将SOP演示给运营团队。
？ Working with Head of Marketing and Marketing/Design Team to conceptualize, create and primarily execute upon new VM concepts and any required supporting material

？ Working independently within demanding time and budgetary constraints. Capable of setting goals, timelines and executing efficiently

？ At least 2 years working in a management level position

？ Has a track record of successfully executed Visual Merchandizing projects having been involved from ideation to completion
