职位描述：
Areas of responsibility:
The Finance Manager is the key person responsible for the complete financial area
of the business. The finance Manager is responsible for accurate and timely filing,
reporting internally and towards Siccadania AS. The finance manager care takes the
financial business in both Siccadania China and Siccadania Hong Kong. The finance
manager is further key person for implementation and management of the ERP (NAV)
system in Siccadania China & HongKong.
The function requires close cooperation with the Danish mother company financial
management.

The Finance Manager is responsible for the following:
1. Book keeping of all invoices, attachments etc from suppliers and other
services, rental, travel expense claims, including verification of accuracy and
justification
2. Issue and track invoices to customers in accordance with project managers
3. Payment transfers in allocated banks & account management
4. Manage the business cash flow in China & Hong Kong related to expenses
and project spending & earnings. Tax & Vat tracking is an important part of
this
5. Reporting to management as per instructions, as a minimum monthly,
quarterly and annual
6. Coordination between the appointed auditor company and Siccadania AS
financial management.
7. Generate, update and file templates used in finance matters
8. Make sure that relevant Templates are used by other staff, e.g. expenses
claim etc
9. Gathering and filing of data from engineers to the Time log system
10. Staff salary management towards Efesco
11. Financial tasks are executed according to legal requirements and governing
law.
12. Implementation and management of the ERP system in coordination with
Siccadania AS ERP lead.


Success criteria
The job of the Finance Manager is fulfilled with satisfactory when the following is
conducted:
1. Audits are conducted with no remarks in both entities
2. Book keeping is accurate and complete
3. Expense claims are duly examined and justified with no errors
4. Templates are generated and maintained
5. Project financial report is updated every month for all active projects
6. Invoices are issued timely with no late payments being unchecked
7. ERP is implemented successfully and is utilized as intended by all staff.

The Finance Manager position is strictly confidential and requires high degree of
discipline and accuracy.


Personal Profile and characteristic
The Finance Manager should be careful, accurate and committed in executing the
duties. The Finance Manager is self-acting and pro-active and she puts an honour in
foreseeing the tasks covered by her functions.

The finance manager should hold a relevant education within higher financial issues
and preferably have minimum 5 years’ experience within accounting, tax / vat
administration and import/export affairs. The finance manager should be familiar with
Windows Office with expertise level in Excel.
