Responsibilities:
1. Shipping documents creation, system loading
形成出货文件，系统倒入
2. Send pre-alert to customer, shipment tracking, Lead-time monitoring
向客户发送预报，追踪出货，监控出货时间
3. Discrepancies management
对于异常处理的管理
4. Cross functional coordination of customer requirement
协调客户要求
5. Container loading coordination
协调海运装箱
6. Daily I/E import and export activity
处理日常进出口事务
7. SAP system maintain for route setup, IDOC, RA#, Credit
SAP系统数据的日常维护
8. Document creation for COO, Certification for Safe Transport of Chemical Goods
原产地证书，货物运输鉴定报告的办理

Requirements:
1. College graduate.
2. Basic knowledge of international trade.
3. Basic spoken and written English
4. Have strong capability in root cause analysis.
5. Work under pressure
6. Team work spirit
7. Can work independently
8. Good communication and problem solving skills
