Job Description:
* Act as business partner to selected areas in the plan
* Drive the result/FCF within the area or responsibility to minimum match targets
* Execute planning, forecasting and management reporting for the plant/legal entity
* Coordination and analysis of Forecasting, Budget and Midterm Planning for assigned LE (incl. data entry and validation in planning tools, SAP SEM and local ERP for P&L, Balance Sheet, Headcount, Budget, CAPEX, IT)
* Financial analysis and measure generation
* Monthly Plan - Actual Comparison analysis based on SAP SEM Report. Income statement, Balance Sheet, Other costs report, Plant cost rate report, Capital employed and free cash flow
* Compose Business plants for the selected projects in the plant
* Review Business Plans with the Project Managers /-Teams and the BU´s
* Plant/BU dashboard/KPI report
* Monthly Rolling FC report for sales and EBIT
* Monthly EBIT Flash Day 4
* Plant cost rate calculation and provide breakdown analysis
* Cost center/cost element reporting and controlling
* Coordination of the recovery plan for deviation from PCR
* Application of standards in the plant
* Support of global projects
* Requirements from central controlling and region/ plant management

Qualification:
* Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
* F&A or Economy related training
* >5 yrs in costing and controlling experience in a manufacturing environment is a must, automotive industry is a plus
* Good at Excel, PPT, etc.SAP is a plus
* Fluent in English
* Good communication skills, can work independently and under pressure
