主要工作职责：

通过电话，电子邮件等手段了解客户的需求，初步判断故障原因；
独立进行食品加工机械的现场安装，调试,故障检测及修理；
根据需要完成设备校验标定及预防性维护任务；
及时认真地填写各类服务工作记录及报告；
与客户，服务代理以及内部销售人员合作，提供技术支持；
需要经常出差到现场进行服务；
确保工作时符合所有公司政策及业务规范；
与内部，外部用户及其他部门保持良好的业务关系；

任职资格及要求：

大学本科以上教育程度，机电一体化，计量，电子，仪表，自动化等专业毕业；
英语4级以上，能阅读和翻译英语文件和手册，用英语撰写日常工作报告和信函；
有2年以上计量仪器仪表或机电产品的使用，校验和维护经验；
熟悉工业串行口，ProfiBus及以太网通讯的设置和调试；
有2年以上食品行业或工业仪表背景及外资企业工作经验者优先考虑；
具有团队合作精神，能与客户及合作伙伴很好地沟通和交流；
能够使用计算机进行设备调试和诊断；熟练使用MS OFFICE等办公软件完成服务报告及日常文档工作。

Responsibilities:

-Contacts with customer by telephone or e-mail, perform preliminary diagnose;
-Perform industry related equipment on-site installation, testing, troubleshooting and repair independently;
-Performs calibrations and preventative maintenance duties on demand;
-Submits all paperwork in a timely and professional manner, complete service record & report;
-Cooperate with customer service agent & internal sales, provide technical support;
-Frequently travel is required to maximize efficiency while performing regular duties;
-Satisfactorily complete customer technical training in company or on site as required;
-Insures compliance with all company policies and procedures;
-Maintains a close professional relationship with external/internal customers, sales, and other departments;

Qualification & Requirements:

-Bachelor of Engineering in Metrology, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation etc;
-Ability to read and interpret documents and operation manuals, write routine reports and correspondence in English.

-Possess at least 2 Years of related job experience in metrological instrumentation, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
-Experienced in industrial serial port, ProfiBus and Ethernet communication;
-Background in meat/food industry and foreign-invested companies is preferred;
-Good team player, excellent communication skill with customers & partners;
-Ability to use computer software to setup and diagnose equipment, proficient in using MS Office to complete job record and daily work.
