DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

* Responsible for developing, implementing and managing business
development strategies in order to achieve automotive business growth
target.

* Establish and maintain strategic customer relationships in order to
achieve maximum advantage for the company with the delivery of a
quality product or service to its customers.



PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:

* Define the goals in areas of responsibility for short and long term
performance. Drive and follow through implementation of goals to
deliver growth target.

* Optimize the utilization of resources to maximize global strategies
and policies to enhance customer satisfaction.

* Facilitate and enhance cross-functional relationship to maximize
customer satisfaction criteria and operational performance.

* Be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer
relationships to create and sustain business demand



REQUIRED SKILLS:

* Ability, confidence and track record of interfacing with and
developing strong relationships with customers.

* Proven ability to pursue, propose and win new business and a strong
urge to win.

* Experience working in a multinational corporation and ability to
manage within a matrix environment without losing focus or a sense of
personal responsibility.

* An ability to support the development of clear, customer-focused
business strategies and to help deliver them through gaining customer
confidence.

* Leadership, team spirit, enthusiasm, a relentless approach to the
delivery of our core values / purpose (including a well-developed
facility to celebrate success) are key characteristics.

* Strong functional knowledge of business, engineering, supply chain,
operations, program management, finance, and contracts and the
relationships between these functions at customers

* Strong sense of urgency and initiative requiring little direction and
ability to work independently.

* Operating with the highest integrity and ethical behavior and
maintaining confidentiality.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual and fluent
in Mandarin and English.

* Ability to present effective and persuasive presentations on
controversial or complex topics to customers, senior management.



Additional Requirements:

* Experience with Chinese OEM business development and relationship,
especially Changan, or Greatwall, Geely, JAC

* Understand and with mature skill to deal with Chinese OEM customer
practice and quickly adapt to market change

* Existing relationship with Changan, or Greatwall, Geely, JAC will be
preferred.

* Minimum sales experience 5 years.



Comments:

Candidates with high qualification, for example, experience with
elaborating customer strategy and has built successful cases, senior BD
manager position could be offered.
